√如何获得ETA证书？

如果建筑产品没有或没有完全涵盖任何统一的欧洲标准(EN)，并且评估方法和标准已在欧洲评估文件（EAD）中规定，则可以发布ETA。

因此，欧洲评估文件（EAD）构成了欧洲技术评估的基础。它包含评估产品的方法以及系统的规范，用于评估和验证要适用的性能认证体系（System系统）。如果相关产品尚未（完全）由现有EAD涵盖，EOTA将开发新的或适应现有的欧洲评估文件。

√谁可以获得ETA以及谁可以签发？

非标准建筑产品（或其授权代表）的制造商可以从根据“建筑产品法规”指定的技术评估机构（TAB）获得ETA。

√欧盟公告NB机构TAB机构-捷克TZUS(NB1020)介绍

TZUS是欧盟公告号机构，其欧盟公告号为1020(NotifiedBody1020-NB1020)。可以根据欧盟相关规定来签发CE证书。

TZUS同时也是ETA(EuropeanTechnicalApproval)的认证委员之一，可以根据相关法规来签发ETA证书。

ETA认证是在欧盟CE建筑产品法规ConstructionProductsRegulation(EU)/2011背景下的辅助认证模式，欧盟CE认证目的是解除欧洲对于建筑建材产品的不同标准而可能导致的技术壁垒。当一个建筑产品于欧盟CE建筑产品法规之下没有对应的产品安全标准时，可以用ETA认证的方式来符合欧盟的法规。
